The Female Founders Breakfast is part of Mentessa’s mission to build connected learning cultures and equal opportunities in the workplace. Founded by TUM alumna Dr. Tina Ruseva, Mentessa is a Munich-based company dedicated to human connection in an increasingly digital and AI-driven world — through mentoring, matching, and community building.
