What is Soft Work?

With Soft Work, we refer to the shift away from Tayloristic division of labor towards more collaborative work in teams. Performance increasingly depends less on “hard” directives, procedures, and authorities. Instead, it relies on motivation, a team culture, and soft skills. Since these cannot be prescribed or measured, work becomes #SOFT!
