The Happy Hour Ritual is an automated random matching to build connections between members from your community and grow their own networks.
This automated people-to-people workflow connects employees, so they can develop or learn new skills from each other. This ritual matches employees with the purpose to learn and develop their skills, which is meant to increase employee retention and engagement.
A mentoring session is an appointment with your mentor or mentee that can have different purposes (e.g. collaboration, informal coffee chat, setting goals, etc.).
You want to conduct a matching during your event, so your community can get to know each other?
This gives new hires a human welcome and speeds up their productivity. It helps reduce admin overhead, and helps increase new hire engagement by 58%.
The Resources page on Mentessa is a section in your community where you can find onboarding support such as learning videos and tutorials.
In order to book meetings with your mentor or mentee, it is important that you both set your availability in your profile section under the Availability tab.
