Seit drei Jahren treibt sie das globale E-Commerce Geschäft und die digitale Transformation in Henkel’s Beauty Sparte voran.

Anfang 2020 hat sie dort zusammen mit drei Kolleginnen das RISE Netzwerk gegründet - eine Diversity Initiative. Mit RISE wollen die vier weiblichen Führungskräfte Gleichgewicht zwischen den Geschlechtern und eine inklusive Unternehmenskultur bei Henkel fördern. Das Netzwerk ist offen für alle Henkel Mitarbeiter und hat inzwischen über 1000 Mitglieder auf der ganzen Welt, die Zugang zur Online Community haben, an Netzwerk-Events teilnehmen können, und von einem internationalen Mentoring Programm profitieren.
